Refund & Return Policy

to us for inspection before a replacement is shipped out. By completing a purchase on
prolineautoparts.ca, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of
the reason.
2. No Refunds Policy
Proline Auto Parts does not issue refunds. In cases where a return is
approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect part, the original item must first be
returned to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship out the same replacement part
at no additional cost to the customer.
For returns due to incorrect purchase or change of mind, a 25% restocking fee applies.
No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. RMA Requirement
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
To request an RMA, contact us at
prolineautoparts@gmail.com before shipping
any item back.
Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at
the sender’s expense. Proline Auto Parts is not responsible for any items sent without prior
authorization.
4. Product Condition Requirements
All returned parts must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original manufacturer packaging, unused and unaltered
- Must not have been installed, partially installed, or attempted to be installed
- Must not show any signs of damage, wear, or modification
- Must include all original components, hardware, and documentation
customer at the customer’s expense. No exceptions.
5. Restocking Fee Details
For returns resulting from an incorrect purchase or change of mind, a
25% restocking fee will be applied to the total order value, which includes
the original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. This fee covers handling,
inspection, and restocking of the returned item. The customer is also responsible for
return shipping costs in these cases.
Example: If your total order including shipping was $200.00, a restocking
fee of $50.00 would be deducted from any credit issued.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Parts
If you receive a part that is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to a website
or fulfillment error, the following process applies:
- Contact us within 14 days to request an RMA number
- We may request photos of the part and packaging before proceeding
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will ship out the same replacement part
- Replacement will only be dispatched after the original part has been received and verified
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs in cases of incorrect purchase or
change of mind. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Proline Auto Parts
is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Prepaid return shipping labels are only provided in the following cases:
- Damaged on arrival (DOA)
- Confirmed defective part
In all eligible cases, we may request photos of the shipping box and the part before
issuing a prepaid label.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components (sensors, modules, switches) once removed from packaging
- Special order or custom-sourced parts
- Clearance or final sale items
- Parts returned after the 14-day window
9. We Do Not Cover
Proline Auto Parts will not reimburse for any of the following under any circumstances:
- Labour or installation costs
- Service or diagnostic charges
- Return shipping costs (except where a prepaid label is provided)
- Towing, rental, or any other vehicle-related expenses
- Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or installation of a part
