1. Product Information & Compatibility

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and fitment information
are accurate. However, errors may occur and information is subject to change without notice.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify part compatibility with their
vehicle before placing an order.
Proline Auto Parts is not liable for any losses,
damages, or expenses resulting from the purchase of an incompatible part. When in doubt,
contact us before ordering.

Proline Auto Parts is a third-party seller of auto parts and does not claim affiliation with
any automotive brand or manufacturer mentioned on this website. All brand names and trademarks
are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on prolineautoparts.ca are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
unless otherwise stated. For orders shipped to the United States, currency conversion and
any applicable duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a
pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and
will notify the customer promptly.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion, including
where:

  • Payment cannot be verified or is declined
  • The order contains incomplete or inaccurate information
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • The item is out of stock or unavailable

You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled or requires additional information.

4. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on
the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Delivery time estimates are provided
by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Proline Auto Parts is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once
the order has been dispatched. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs
duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Proline Auto Parts does not issue monetary refunds.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns — items sent
back without an RMA will be refused.

Returns resulting from a defective or damaged part will be inspected upon receipt. If the
claim is verified, the same replacement part will be shipped at no additional cost.

Returns due to incorrect purchase or change of mind are subject to a
25% restocking fee on the total order value including original shipping.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

We do not reimburse for labour, installation, service, diagnostic, towing, or any other
expenses incurred by the customer. For full details, please refer to our

6. In-Store Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Brampton location. Customers selecting pickup will be
notified when their order is ready, typically within 1 business day. A copy of your order
confirmation is required at the time of pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proline Auto Parts shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use our products or website
  • Incorrect installation of a purchased part
  • Vehicle damage resulting from the use of a part
  • Delays in shipping or delivery

Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific
product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on prolineautoparts.ca, including but not limited to text, images, logos,
graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Proline Auto Parts and is protected
by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced,
distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy,
which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance
with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms
or your use of our Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Ontario.

after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
