Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Proline Auto Parts. This Shipping Policy outlines
everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders. If you have any
questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next
business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your
order has shipped.

⚠️ During high-volume periods or due to parts availability, processing may take slightly
longer. We will notify you by email if there is any delay with your order.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada – All provinces and territories
  • United States – All 50 states

We do not currently ship to international destinations outside of Canada and the United States.
If you are outside these regions, please contact us to discuss options.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using multiple trusted carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your
order. Carriers we use include:

  • Canada Post
  • FedEx
  • UPS

The carrier best suited to your order will be selected at the time of shipment. You will
receive tracking information specific to the carrier used.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase —
there are no hidden fees.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

5. In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at our Brampton location. If you prefer to pick up your order,
select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You will receive an email or phone
notification when your order is ready, typically within 1 business day.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when picking up.

6. Customs & Import Duties (USA Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and
brokerage fees imposed by US customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility
of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Proline Auto Parts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link
to track your package directly with the carrier. If you have not received tracking information
within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or
contact us.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please
contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with
the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Proline Auto Parts is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
by the carrier. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and accurate at the time
of ordering.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an
error, contact us immediately at info@prolineautoparts.ca.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. Additional shipping
charges may apply for re-routed or returned packages due to an incorrect address.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on
this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
