SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

At Proline Auto Parts Canada, we strive to ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. While most orders are dispatched within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur. If a product is "back order", the estimated shipping time frame will be noted in the product description.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email address. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Please note that some shipping carriers may take 12-24 hours to update tracking information. If tracking details are not yet available, we recommend checking back the following day.

At Proline Auto Parts Canada, we accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

To complete your purchase, simply add your desired products to your shopping cart and click the “Checkout” button to proceed with payment.

For Canadian customers who prefer to pick up their orders locally in Mississauga, Ontario or arrange for local delivery, we also accept Interac e-Transfer and cash payments.

If you would like your order shipped within Canada and wish to pay by Interac e-Transfer, please fill out the Contact Us form on our website, and our team will assist you with processing your order and payment.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We carefully package every order to help prevent damage during shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Keep all packaging and labels, as the courier may need to inspect them.

We'll issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be clearly marked on the return package. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and sent back at the sender's expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will ship out the same replacement part at no additional cost. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for damaged or defective items.

All in-stock items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If a part is defective or damaged on arrival, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will ship out the same replacement part.

If you are returning an item due to an incorrect purchase or change of mind, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the total order value including the original shipping cost.

Yes! You can place your order by e-transfer and pick it up in store at our Mississauga location. Once your e-transfer has been received and your order is confirmed, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup — typically within 1 business day.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when coming in to pick up.
